The thing is too many people spend an hour on their resume in total, send it off and then wonder why they don't get a call back for an interview! A resume is such an important document that you don't want to just get any old thing out and about but you have to start somewhere because having all that info stored in your head isn't going to get you a job interview either. Anything that can help that process along has got to be a step in the right direction. Getting help to write your resume and cover letter is a great idea.
