It is a set of tools that give you a lot of information about a web page, similar to that provided by the Developer Toolbar in Firefox; A bunch of useful favelets for one-click validation, screen sizing, script and CSS viewing -- even language translation -- in these <a href="http://tantek.com/favelets/" rel="nofollow">Favelets for IE</a>.
