Web Books Worth Reading

September 20th, 2005 | No Comments | Posted in Other, Books & Fun Stuff, Web Development

My copy of Bulletproof Web Design was waiting for me when I got home last night and at first glance it looks wonderful. It’s packed with CSS techniques by Dan Cederholm. The book is in color with lots of color screen captures. I’m sure that this one will be added to my list of books worth buying and I can’t wait to spend some time reading it over the weekend.

Here are two other books that I have recommended recently:

Web Designer’s Reference – Great overall book on creating Standards compliant XHTML sites.

Web Standards Solutions – Wonderful tips and techniques; this book really simplifies a standards based design approach.

Here are a couple of other books on Design/CSS you may want to look at:

The Zen of CSS Design – Discusses the beautiful designs on the CSS Zen Garden.

CSS Anthology – Packed with CSS tips and techniques!
