Nvu is a product to watch. I tried out Nvu ("en-view") a while ago. Although I had some issues with it, mostly due to my style of coding, I found it much simpler than Dreamweaver, with some of the same power (for HTML/CSS), and with far more accurate rendering in the "design view".
