I, and many of our web class, REALLY would appreciate it if Derek Powazek would grace us with his time and presence. Ask him "purty pleeze" with "whip cream" on top. Would it help if we will bring lunch for him? Napkins included ;D The value of his "current trends" knowledge and expertise would be heap mucho helpful to us! Seriously, what's the name of his "grumpy cat"???

Yes, lets see if he can fit us in – after out unit on PhotoShop it would be great to have a writer/photographer to lend us some wisdom.

Ditto! I think having Derek come to speak to our WEB design class would be beneficial to everyone. It would be great to have a guest speaker with his knowledge.

I had to add to this post. I have been a long time admirer of Derek Powazek’s work. He is a well know photo blogger and web developer. He is also in the Bay Area. I am considering contacting him to see if he would come to speak to our web design class. He’s probably very busy, but it never hurts to ask!
