CSS Property Index

April 7th, 2005 | 1 Comment | Posted in CSS

Bernadette asked me today if there was a book that listed all of the CSS properties and of course there are, but why don’t we save some money. Instead check out Brian Wilson’s CSS Property Index at Index dot CSS, it’s quite comprehensive (including CSS properties, values and browser support) and a must bookmark! This site can help you with many aspects of CSS. Use it to look up the purpose/function of a property, for example, direction. and it can be used to look up browser peculiarities and support information. There are also tutorials/articles on the site. CoreCSS has a similar listing along with a CSS Property Listing with Descriptions.

I also found a PDF Property Index from the book Cascading Style Sheets for Dummies; this might be handy to print.
