Simple Transport has a wonderful list of design related links that I recommend that you bookmark. Many of the sites listed on this page have RSS Feeds that can be used with Sage. dezwozhere.com also has an extensive list of CSS sites.

Wonderful list, yes. But why do so many designers insist on using miniscule text sizes? My eyesight is pretty good, but on my 15 inch LCD screen at 1400 x 1050 pixels, I have to zoom in a goodly amount to read many of them – and then the page falls apart!
The “designers” list has the most offenders. Why?
