Rolland had asked about contract for Web designers and developers last week and I just came across this roundup of Graphic Designer Contracts Agreements Forms & Web Designers Contracts.

Contracts and forms for designers are an important part of any design business. No matter if you are a graphic designer or web designer, a solid contract or good pre-project questionnaire can make every project go smoother.

If you don’t already have a good contract or some standard business forms made up for your design business already, what are you waiting for? Don’t be that designer who waits until AFTER he has a non-paying client to look into make a design contract. Put some time aside one day and get it done.
